Abstract
As a country with a Muslim majority, Indonesia has a big boost in the performance of the sharia industry. The main factor in choosing the sharia industry is the services used using sharia principles and reflecting on the sunnah. One of the Islamic industries is Islamic banking, one of which is Hajj savings. Hajj savings are in demand because they make it easier for customers who want to make pilgrimages to get hajj quota while paying for the costs to leave. The contract used in the Hajj savings product is the mudharabah contract. This study aims to determine the application of the mudharabah contract on Hajj savings products. The research method used is qualitative research in the form of narrative with literature study research techniques and document data collection. The data source is obtained on the website of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, Indonesian Islamic banks use sharia contracts, namely the mudharabah muthlaqah contract where funds from customers as shahibul maal are managed by the bank as mudharib. The ratio was agreed at the beginning of the agreement by both parties, both of which were satisfied with the stipulation.
