STRATEGI DIGITAL MARKETING DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT JAMAAH UMRAH
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine how the digital marketing strategy used at PT Annur Maknah Wisata increased the interest of Umrah pilgrims. The approach used in this research method is a descriptive qualitative approach with the title Digital Marketing Strategy in Increasing the Interests of Umrah Pilgrims at PT Annur Maknah Wisata, which is to describe how the digital marketing strategy is carried out at PT Annur Maknah Wisata. This research uses a qualitative approach and includes direct research, so the results of this research are analytical-descriptive, namely in the form of written words from someone's answers being observed, especially related to how the Digital Marketing Strategy is in Increasing Interest of Umrah Pilgrims at PT Annur Maknah Wisata. The results of the study show that PT Annur Maknah Wisata has implemented digital marketing in its Umrah marketing well, especially in social media such as Instagram and Facebook, but there are deficiencies on the website because there are several blogs that have no content and posts that are not updated.
