STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN IBADAH HAJI KHUSUS DI PT NUR HARAMAIN MULIA
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the strategies for the quality of special hajj services at PT Nur Haramain Mulia from the beginning of the registration process, hajj manasik, departure to the holy land, until returning to the country. The research conducted was in the form of descriptive observations and interviews. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a special study or field study of one of the staff named Moh.mahbub who has a position to take part of the pilgrims at PT Nur Haramain, kraksaan district, benchmark village. The results showed that the strategies carried out in serving pilgrims from the registration process, hajj manasik, departure to the holy land, to returning to the country. The results show that the strategy in this service uses good service, namely by satisfying pilgrims in any case, being responsible for the difficulties of pilgrims, preparing facilities and infrastructure properly, and having professional and friendly employees in serving pilgrims. In doing any business, entrepreneurs must have unique and good strategies because they can improve the quality of pilgrims per year and can be trusted for candidates and those who have hajj.
