Efektivitas Manajemen Layanan Prima Ibadah Umrah PT. Nur Haramain Mulia
Abstract
This study aims to determine what execellent are available at PT. Nur Haramain Mulia and knowing effective the management of the excellent services provided by PT. Nur Haramain Mulia towards the congregations. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection methods used by distributing questionnaries to several alumni of the Umrah pilgrimage of PT. Nur Haramain Mulia and conducted several interviews with the staff of employess and supervisors of PT. Nur Haramain Mulia. The results of this study, PT. Nur Haramain Mulia, there are fixe excellent services including the intensity of the friendship carried out by the leaders of PT. Nur Haramain Mulia, the existence of excellent service in a responsive manner, identifying the needs of the congregation and fulfilling them, strengthening alumni relations regularly and finally going down to the field of staff from employees to leadership. Excellent service management effectiveness at PT. Nur Haramain Mulia has been effective in providing excellent service to the congregation. Excellent service is one of the main factors in improving the quality of the PT and the interest of the congregation to PT.
